Our highly experienced Group management team brings together knowledge and expertise from diverse sectors.
John Rogers holds a Masters degree from Trinity College Dublin and a European MBA from ESCP Paris. Prior to his appointment as CEO, he was Executive Director of Corporate Development for Grenadier Holdings for 10 years, and he already supported Paragon ID as Chairman of the Board and in driving its acquisitive growth since 2017.
Prior to joining Grenadier, John was Executive Officer of NASDAQ-listed secure identification provider Identiv, Vice President of Strategy for the Identification Technology Group of Assa Abloy and CEO of Sokymat (now HID Global), formerly the world’s largest manufacturer of RFID tags.
He remains an Executive Director of Grenadier Holdings.
Konstantinos joined Paragon ID in September 2018, following a successful career in the Customer Communications and Secure Transactions Industry. After starting his business endeavour in 1997 by setting up a startup company in the stockbrokerage area, he joined the Athens listed LYKOS Group where he held different sales and markleting positions. In 2011, he was appointed General Manager of Lycos Group' Greek legal entity, prior to becoming CEO of its Information Management Division.
In 2014, Konstantinos was appointed CCO of Austriacard AG, before joining Paragon ID.
Konstantinos holds a Business Administration and Marketing degree from the Athens University of Economics and an MBA from Strathclyde Business School.
François Gauthier
François Gauthier joined the company in 2012 as Track & Track Business Unit Director and EMEA Operations Director and has since held several key roles, including EMEA General Manager. He was appointed as Chief Industrial & Supply Chain Officer in 2022. With extensive expertise in operations and a proven track record of implementing cutting-edge technology in industrial operations, he has been instrumental in delivering growth, transforming our manufacturing processes, and supporting the company’s strategic vision.
François has been Chief Operating Officer for Paragon ID group in September 2024.
Prior to joining Paragon ID, François held business unit and operational management roles at large industrial companies including Lafarge, Vallourec and Daher, and holds an Executive MBA in General Management from ESCP Europe.
Arne Rosenkranz
With a degree in business administration and a masters in international financial management, Arne has over 10 years’ experience in leadership roles in both financial and general management, across aviation, intralogistics, e-learning and food & beverages industries.
He joined Jungheinrich, the premium manufacturer of forklift trucks, in Germany in 2012 and relocated to the UK two years later. Here he rose through a number of senior positions within the company’s UK division, including 5 years in the position of Finance Director, during which he was also acting as Managing Director of Jungheinrich Financial Services Ltd.
Arne joined Paragon ID in November 2022.
Dominique Durant des Aulnois
Dominique Durant joined Grenadier Holdings (formerly Paragon Group) in 1997 as General Manager of Paragon Identification. He is a Group shareholder. In 2010, he became General Manager for the identification division and established the company as one of the market leaders in access control for urban transportation through the development of new products and RFID technology.
Since 2017, Dominique is a Paragon ID board member and Secretary General in charge of human resources.
Dominique started his career with the Dutch Océ Group (now part of Canon Group), in which he held positions in sales and operations, both in France and in the UK.
Christophe Peix
Christophe Peix joined Paragon Identification in 2017 after working as Sales & Marketing Director for large groups such as Oberthur/Orange in France and the United States (Three years in San Francisco), but also in SMEs and Start-Ups.
He is now Director of Paragon ID's Transport & Smart Cities Business Unit. His role is to optimise the worldwide transformation of the group's traditional activities towards solutions and services.
Christophe began his career in Paris' La Défense district, working for the telecoms operator SFR, where he was a systems expert. He graduated from "École d'Ingénieur Télécom" (SeaTech ) in 1995.
