Open Tap & Pay

Open Tap & Pay is the third key module of our Open ABT digital ticketing platform. It brings together contactless payment capabilities via bank card and/or mobile phone providing transport authorities with the capability to accept these means of payment, helping to facilitate access to public transport.

Open Tap & Pay works together with the Open m-Ticket and Open e-Shop modules and is connected to the same Open ABT platform to facilitate aggregation of all sales channels and allow for an optimal customer service experience.

P ONE Validator - Built for public transport

The P ONE validator combines the payment and validation expertise of Paragon ID and Ingenico. It is PCI PTS 5.1 and has been designed specifically to meet the requirements of the public transport market. Intended for installation in bus, tram and train environments, it has been designed to withstand the stresses on board of vehicles including vibration, shock, vandalism and temperature variation. It is certified to comply with the standards required for rail transport.

Highly versatile, it accepts all contactless EMV payments (bank cards, mobile phone) and closed loop smart card schemes:

All contactless payment methods are supported: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, CUP, Interact, Flash, ApplePay, GooglePay.
The P ONE is PCI PTS 5.1 and PCI DSS compatible, which guarantees secure data exchange during Open Payment.
